Herga's Electronic Engineer has successfully gained his Bachelor's Degree in Electronics

The development of staff is really important to the success of any business and Herga Technology is not alone.

Recently our electronics Engineer George Mason, having only been with the company since September 2017 has already successfully completed the IPC610A CIT course provided by Advanced Rework Technology Ltd, but has now also completed his four year Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, presented by the University of Greenwich.

With the support of the company, George was taking one day a week trip over to the university since September 2017 and at times was a real challenge for him, his new role and other commitments. His continued tenacious effort and commitment has resulted in a great result with a First pass.

Congratulations George!

Paul K Edwards – Head of Engineering and Quality says “It’s a real moment when you can see the relief and joy from someone when they complete a course, especially one taking four years. It has taken a lot of time and effort from George whilst still committing to the development projects at Herga, moving home and a new addition to his family in December just gone……Congratulations George!”
