Continued commitment to Customer Quality ISO9001:2015 Auditing Training

At Herga we are always looking to improve on our business performance, specifically to; increase productivity, improve quality and reduce lead times for our customers.

After the recent success of achieving our ISO9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2012 Quality Management Certification, we continue to develop our staff in order to realise their potential and to enhance our business approach to our customer requirements.

Working with Allan Rae at ARC, we have just completed a two day training course on Internal Auditing Practices for ISO9001:2015. A selected team of six employees from different departments were chosen and put through an intensive two days with presentations, samples, role play and a challenging final exam.

Allan Rae from ARC said; “I was impressed with the level of knowledge amongst the trainees and their interaction during the course.”

Edward Charlson, Operations Director Said; “As part of our company commitment, not just to continually develop our valued team,  but also for Herga to become the preferred interface solutions partner to industry in the future, we are very proud to announce further training achievements as our change programme continues to accelerate. Following our fast tracked certification to both ISO9001:2015 and ISO13485:2012 at the end of June, six members of our team, covering all three main tiers, have now successfully participated in an internal auditing course. The performance of our site is shared real time to all our staff. Now, following successful audit training, more of us can challenge and question our systems, controls, techniques and methodology in a collective manner that eliminates risk and maximises future potential and opportunity”.

We are pleased to say that all the staff were really engaged with the training and achieved their successful certification, they’re looking forward to supporting the continued progress of Herga and our business processes.
