Herga Technology achieves triple ISO certification

Herga Technology is proud to announce a hat-trick of certification with the achievement of ISO 14001 for the first time and recertification to ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards.

Its achievement of ISO 14001: 2015 marks a significant milestone in the company’s commitment to environmental sustainability and responsible business practices. The internationally recognised standard sets out the criteria for an effective Environmental Management System and demonstrates Herga’s dedication to managing its environmental impact, reducing its carbon footprint, and continuously improving its environmental performance.

Bobby McGregor, Operations Manager at Herga, said: “By adopting this framework, we have taken proactive steps to minimise our environmental footprint and optimise resource efficiency. It serves as a strong foundation from which we will continue to further streamline our processes and drive ongoing improvement.”

Herga has also been successfully recertified to ISO 9001 quality management standard and ISO 13485, the standard specifically designed for organisations involved in the design, development, production, and distribution of medical devices.
