Herga Technology achieves ISO 9001 renewal

Herga Technology has successfully renewed its ISO 9001 certification. The quality management standard is designed to ensure companies consistently provide quality products and services that not only meet stringent regulatory requirements but also meet the needs and expectations of their customers.

The reassessment process reviews all procedures and systems with a focus on continuous improvement. The new certification is valid for three years and covers all of Herga’s activities, including Design & Engineer, Manufacturing and Logistics.

In addition, Herga has also passed two annual surveillance audits. These cover ISO 14001 for environmental management systems and ISO 13485, which specifies the requirements for a quality management system specific to the medical device industry. The surveillance audits provide confirmation and reassurance that Herga is operating in accordance with the core requirements of the standards.
