20 Years Dedicated to Herga Technology

At the beginning of January, we are pleased to announce that two employees reached a milestone here at Herga Technology. 

Both Sue Gooday and Carol Garrod  completed 20 years of service and we want to share their journey with you. They both started their journey at Herga Technology in January 1995 and are proud to have achieved a combined 40 years of service.

Where The Journey Began.

Carol and Sue were both employed in our Moulding Department in 1995. Initially they were both on part time contracts. This suited their lifestyles as they were both focused on spending time raising their young families.

What Opportunities Has Herga Technology Given Carol and Sue?

Both Sue and Carol have progressed into many different manufacturing roles, we offer a vast range of products which enables our staff members working on the production line to have variety from day to day. The variety of roles offered is one of the reasons they have both been with us for the past 20 years along with the continual opportunities for progression and development that we offer.

These opportunities are still ongoing; Sue has recently taken on additional Quality Control training and responsibilities and Carol is now a Cell Leader in the Pneumatics Department. We like to offer our employees training to allow them to perform to the best of their ability.

What Does the Future Hold?

Carol and Sue are both proud to have completed 20 years of service at Herga, they are both enjoying the development opportunities and are continuing to excel with the company. Another thing they enjoy about working here is the challenge to spot our products in day to day life.

We are very happy to have two loyal dedicated members of our team achieve this amount of service with us. We look forward to more employees reaching the same mile stones and sharing many years with them also.
