The 6448 Bellows is a popular product here at Herga Technology. It is low profile, easy to operate and can be used in free standing operations or secured with built in mounting. 

The 6448 Bellows is made from flexible PVC and fitted with PVC tubing which makes the product completely waterproof and therefore, suitable for wet and wash-down environments.

1.       ‘Kebab Machines’ - The 6448 Bellows is used to pause the Kebab machine from turning so the operator can slice the meat from the outer edges.  By releasing and pausing quickly, the meat can be controlled through a 360 degree rotation.  The 6448 is ideal for this application due to it’s compact size, ease of use and when it comes to cleaning the waterproof design will keep it protected to use again and again.

2.       ‘High Pressure Washers’ - When pressure washers are used there is a lot of water & spray that gets everywhere, (I guess that’s the idea!).  When washing down machinery, walls and floors etc you need equipment that is not going to get you electrocuted.  Using it to switch the pressure washer on and off, the pneumatic 6448 is ideal in this environment.

3.       ‘Medical Suction Pump’ - When a surgeon is operating on a patient there are times when they need to remove excess blood and fluid from inside the body.  In order to do this effectively they need to suction this fluid away from the area they are working using a medical suction pump.  The 6448 bellows can be situated in a base for stability on the floor, or can be surface mounted using a bracket.  Depending on the individual surgeon’s preference it can be operated using the feet, knees, arms or elbows etc.  The 6448 is resistant to hospital grade cleaning products.  With various colours available the 6448 can be matched to the environment or to a customer’s branding or corporate colours.
